Certificate GOST K

Standard GOST K - system standards adopted in the Republic of Kazakhstan. This system is similar to the Russian system of standards - GOST R.

Demonstration of compliance with required standards in the Republic is carried out under the procedures of compulsory and voluntary certification or declaration of goods (services).

Mandatory certification in Kazakhstan is subject products (or service), which is included in the list approved by the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan 20.04.2005g., № 367 "On mandatory confirmation of conformity of products in the Republic of Kazakhstan."

Standards in Kazakhstan regulates the state body - the Committee for Technical Regulation and Metrology, and Certification of the Ministry of Industry and Trade (Gosstandart of the Republic of Kazakhstan) - Office which is responsible for providing public services and special executive control functions, as well as inter-sectoral coordination in the field of technical regulation and Metrology, in accordance with the laws of the Republic.

Confirmation of the characteristics of products, as part of certification and declaration is carried out in conformity with technical regulations, which in today's Kazakhstan accepted more than 50.

Certificate of Compliance Kazakhstan is of several types:

  •     At the party. The certificate of conformity GOST R may be issued on a consignment of goods imported into the country under the terms of the contract. This certificate is issued to the Standard for a period of six months to one year.
  •     A year or two years of production. Certificate of Compliance may be issued to Kazakhstan for a year or two years of production of certain goods. In this case the certificate is issued based on an analysis of technology and production procedures and testing of the party has already made samples.
  •     At three years of mass production. The certificate of conformity GOST R may be issued for a period of three years of continuous production of goods. To obtain this it is necessary not only to certify the production process and to provide samples for analysis, but also subjected to a quality management system certification ISO company producer.

 

Full list of products requiring receipt of the certificate of GOST R, established by the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the decree was published under the number 367 of the twenty-fourth day of April 2005.
