The license for the restoration work (license of Ministry of Culture) requires companies to work for the restoration of cultural heritage (monuments of history and culture.) The license for the restoration activity is regulated by:
- Federal Law of August 8, 2001 № 128-FZ "On Licensing Certain Types of Activities"
- Federal Law "On Cultural Heritage» № 73-FZ of 25.06.2002g.
- Regulation on licensing of restoration of cultural heritage (monuments of history and culture), approved by Government Resolution dated February 20, 2007 № 117.
