License Roskomnadzor

In accordance with Government Decree of 16 March 2009 N 228 of the Federal Service for Supervision of Communications, Information Technology and Mass Communications at Roskomnadzor entrusted with the licensing of activities in the field of communications, including monitoring of compliance with license conditions and requirements (Section 5.1.4 of the Regulations).

Licensing is carried out due Roskomnadzor in accordance with the requirements of current legislation, namely, those documents are: the Federal Law of 07.07.2003 № 126-FZ "On the connection," Resolution of the Government of the Russian Federation of 18.02.2005 № 87 "On approving the list of names of telecommunications services, made to the license, the license conditions and lists "(as amended), Regulation of the Government of the Russian Federation of 28.03.2005 № 161" On approval of the accession of telecommunication networks and their interaction ", as well as regulations of the Russian Federation Ministry of Communications.

Currently, licenses are issued Roskomnadzora for the following activities in the field of communications:

  •     Local telephone service, except for local telephone services via payphones and public access.
  •     Long-distance and international telephone services.
  •     Telephone services in a dedicated network connection.
  •     Intrazonal telephone communication services.
  •     Local telephone services via payphones.
  •     Local telephone service using the public access.
  •     Telegraph communication.
  •     Communication services paging.
  •     Mobile radio communication in the public communications network.
  •     Mobile radio communication to a dedicated network connection.
  •     Mobile telecommunication services.
  •     Services of mobile satellite communications.
  •     Communication services to provide channels of communication.
  •     Communication services for data transfer, except for telecommunications services for data transmission for voice transmission.
  •     Communication services for data transmission for voice transmission.
  •     Telematic services.
  •     Communications services for cable distribution.
  •     Communication services for the purpose of broadcasting.
  •     Communications services for wired radio.
  •     Postal services.

For each type of service should be made out Roskomnadzora license contains a reference to the licensee's area of ​​telecommunication services and the date of commencement of, the term of the license can be from three to twenty-five years, but usually limited to five years.
