The Declaration, which contains a known false information, may be grounds for bringing the owner of the declared object of the administrative and possibly criminal liability for violation of fire safety requirements.

Declaration of fire safety is made only once, as a demonstration of compliance facility requirements. Once every three years, the facility is subject routine inspections. But with major repairs, change of the organization - a declaration of fire safety renew, according to new standards. The document must specify: the declarant - the object, the fire safety requirements imposed on him, the relevant legislation, the alleged damage by fire, the amount of the payment with a note that in this case, the responsibility falls on him.

The applicant prescribes how it meets the fire safety requirements in accordance with this object and any legislative instrument. The declaration of the applicant declares its responsibility for damage to health and / or property of third parties in a possible fire, in connection with the prescribed amount of damages and in case of emergency.
