Rostechnadzor permission

RTN Permit to manufacture and use of products is a document required for products used in potentially hazardous activities. Hazardous production facilities are enterprises or shops, stations, platforms and other production facilities specified in Annex 1 to the Federal law "On industrial safety of hazardous production facilities" from 21.07.97 N 116-FZ.

Permits issued by the Federal Service for Ecological, Technological and Nuclear Supervision Service of Russia - Rostekhnadzor. Permission to use given a specific type (type) of technical devices, including foreign-made used at hazardous production facilities. Allowed to issue permits on a complex technical device, in which all components perform inter-technology functions.

List of documents submitted by the customer (for the Russian customer):

1. A statement from the customer, the customer and the stamped signature of the head
2. Letter to the Head Rosgostehnadzora, stamped and signed by the head of the firm
3. Certificate of registration of firm
4. A certificate of tax registration
5. Data about the manufacturer
6. Product description (specifications, appearance, scope)
7. Technical documentation:
• Tech. terms
• Passport
• Design drawings of products with the specification for the material details
• Assembly instructions and installation manual
• The methodology of the control tests, resource and service life, the conditions and requirements for safe operation, maintenance procedures, repair and diagnostics.
• Minutes of the manufacturer's testing with a representative Rosgostehnadzora
• Information on the chemical composition and mechanical strength of materials used in the manufacture of products.

9. Fire Safety Certificate, a certificate of explosion
10. The certificates for parts and accessories

• Design drawings of products with the specification for the material details
• Assembly instructions and installation manual
• The methodology of the control tests, resource and service life, the conditions and requirements for safe operation, maintenance procedures, repair and diagnostics.
• Minutes of the certification test with a representative Rosgostehnadzora
• Minutes of the independent foreign laboratories. ILAITS
• Information on the chemical composition and mechanical strength of materials used in the manufacture of products.
